Summer is always a good to remember the importance of making time for yourself–to give yourself a special gift of time set aside just for you—even if it’s only a few minutes day. In the midst of planning much-needed vacations and hosting family and friends, it’s important to make sure you slow down… to savor all the wonderful people in your life. It’s also important to simply slow down and breathe in what nourishes you and breathe out anything that doesn’t. You owe it to yourself to breathe in love, kindness, and hope, and breathe out irritation, jealousy, fear, or whatever else you need to let go of.
