The signs include low energy and a general sense of fatigue and inertia. - Learn something new—a new skill you can use at home or that could lead to a new job. You can find hundreds of free courses on the Internet. Or better yet, go to your local library and ask your librarian to help you find helpful books, videos, and DVDs. They might even suggest other resources, such as social networks, to help you channel your interests and expand your horizons. You will help yourself and help keep our local libraries open and accessible to us at a time when we can all use a boost.
